- In-Home Delivery (Optional): Additional charge applies for in-home delivery services
All shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. There are no hidden fees.
4. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays)
- Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST begin processing the same day
- Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed on the next business day

- Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days

Carriers We Use: USPS, UPS, and FedEx

Insurance: All shipments are insured against loss or damage. Please contact us if there are any issues.

8. Delivery Issues
8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:
- Confirm your shipping address
- Check with neighbors or building management

8.2 Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days to report the issue
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
9. Missing Items
If items are missing from your package, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and missing item(s). We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
10. Return and Refund Policy
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned item

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
